Q-Chromax OPPx

- Q-Chromax OPPx is a type of gravure laminating ink system, was applied for treated OPP, BOPP
film with surface tension more than 38 dyne/cm
- Q-Chromax OPPx supports extrusion laminating to give ideal laminating strength for
Polypropylene (PP) resin
- Good in chemical resistance
- Leave less residual solvent
- Good ink transfer and printability
- Good static resistance
- Heavy metal contents in the ink meet ASTM F963-96a 4.3.5 & 8.3 and EN 71-3:2019 testing standards and
RoHS compliance

Q-Envimak OPP

- Q-Envimak OPPis not containing toluene in the composition.
- Q-Envimak OPPis rotogravure ink system, was applied for treated BOPP film with surface tension more
than 38 dyne/cm for reverse printing.
- Q-Envimak OPPsupports various lamination process included solvent-borne adhesive lamination,
solventless adhesive lamination and PE extrusion lamination with primer.
- Good in chemical resistance
- Low residual solvent concentration
- Good printability
- Comply to ASTM F963-96a 4.3.5 & 8.3 and EN 71-3:2014 for heavy metals free.

- Chlorinated PolyPropylene solvent base
TOLUENE FREE, odorless. Friendly to human health and environment
- Without hardener. High initial adhesion to BOPP film
- Excellent polypropylene bonding strength for extrusion laminating

Q-CHROMAX PET

- Q-CHROMAX PET is a type of gravure laminating ink system, was applied for surface
treated PET film (with surface tension more than 42 dyne/cm) or treated PA (nylon) film
(with surface tension more than 50 dyne/cm).
- Q-CHROMAX PET supports various complex laminating processes like drying
laminating, PE extrusion laminating. Both one component and two component inks can
be applied.
- Excellent adhesion on surface of film and surface of laminating layer.
- Good in chemical resistance.
- Leave less residual solvent.
- Good ink transfer and printability.
- Good static resistance.

(with surface tension more than 50 dyne/cm).
